Extended Holiday Exchange Policy
All purchases made in the months of November and December fall under our extended holiday exchange policy. We offer free exchanges of equal value on your purchase until January 31st (shipping fees are additional). Our extended holiday return policy applies only toward exchanges. Refunds will still be accessed a 20% processing fee.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to exchange your item of equal value for only the cost of shipping for your new item. After 14 days, you will be charged a 20% processing fee plus the new shipping charges for your exchange. Scroll down for more information on how to start the return process!
Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 20% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Refund requests must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. Each piece is custom printed as soon as your order is placed and we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are returned. No returns will be accepted after 365 days from the ship date.
Color Differences-Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
