Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.
If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has shipped and we would be happy to make the change for you no additional fee.
All of our items are printed on demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, all order cancellations will incur a 20% processing fee since we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are canceled. Alternatively, we can modify your order for no additional fee if you would like to change the size, product type, or image. If the change incurs a price difference, you order will be adjusted accordingly.
