We use freight shipping when a package is too large to be accepted by UPS. One of the main advantages of this method is that the shipping company will call you to setup a delivery time to ensure you're home and able to receive the package.
Items are eligible for freight if they meet the following requirements:
-They are greater than or equal to 61" width and 41" height. (Or 41" in height and 61" in width.)
-They are greater than or equal to 48" in width and height.
-They are greater than or equal to 70" in width and 26" in height. (Or 26" in width and 70" in height.)
-They are 80" in width or height.
-The order contains 20 or more pieces.
What to expect once your freight order has shipped:
• You will receive a phone call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery time, so it is extremely important that the contact phone number on your order is valid. You must set up a delivery time in order to receive the canvas. A missed call will result in possible delays. Delays due to the carrier's inability to reach you may result in the accrual of storage fees.
• When your canvas is delivered, the driver will unload the crated canvas(es) from the truck for front door delivery. Unless otherwise noted and paid for on your delivery, the driver will only provide front door delivery. If you need any of the additional services such as inside delivery, please let us know immediately. There may be additional costs associated with inside delivery.
• Upon delivery, if there is any noticeable damage due to delivery and handling, please refuse the package and contact us for a replacement.
