Often, orders of multiple items ship in multiple shipments, with 1-2 items per shipping container. If you haven't received all items, be sure to check each tracking number for the order in your account. Please also make sure to open each box received in case it holds multiple items.
To ensure you're not still waiting on a piece that hasn't shipped or shipped separately, be sure to check your Order Status.
