A package is considered lost if:
- It has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time.
- The tracking status has not been updated in more than 3 business days.
- The carrier has marked the status as lost.
- If your artwork doesn't arrive in perfect condition, just let us know and we will print a new custom piece for you.
- If you received the wrong item, please let us know so we can quickly print and ship out the correct artwork.
If you ordered a GREAT BIG CANVAS or Framed print that is oversized, it may be delivered by a freight carrier. You will receive a detailed email with instructions on the delivery process.
